Why Naturopathy

Why Bodywork?

It can help with

Relaxation, reduction in stress, improved sleep and pain management

Improve emotional health by reducing stress hormones and increase neurochemicals that improve mood and a provide a sense of wellbeing.

Release tight muscles that compensate for weak muscles which pull you out of alignment.

Increased range of movement involves allowing a joint or muscle move and extend to its full range. When muscles are relaxed and increased in flexibility, range of movement around a joint is increased.

Improves the condition, tone & texture of the skin.

Maintain peak performance, improve conditioning,  and reduce injury.
